Important Point to Note:
- Slot Booked From 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM are normal hour slots. Slot Booked after 5:00 PM onward are peak hour slots (* additional fee of ₹ 100/- for per 30 minute will be added).
- Check-in Time: 30 Minutes Before the Play. You can add maximum of 20 Number of Participating Player; under the section “Number of Player Participating” field.
- After selection of date ; you can Select Your Favorite Slot. You can book whole day slot or slots of few hours of a day. To book multiple slot; please select your start and end time and press the “Book Now” button. A popup opens stating that item added into cart; please close the popup and keep on adding other slots for the day. And once happy, proceed for checkout.
- We can only hold the selected slot(s) for a maximum of 2 minutes in the cart. Hence, please make the payment as soon as the slots are selected.
Pandemic Advisory:
- Spectators or visitors will not be allowed.
- No more than 15 people at a time, will be allowed on the turf.
- The ground must be left vacant within 10 minutes after the game.
- There will be check-up and sanitization, as per prevailing health protocols.
- No cash payments will be accepted. Payments to be made online or through UPI or QR codes.
Terms & Conditions for Booking:
- TAP(Turf Air Plaza) is a small but popular and beautiful facility for genuine football lovers and for group of individuals with small team (not exceeding 20) who are passionate about game of football.
- Subletting/transfer of bookings, events, tournaments, bulk bookings exceeding continuous 4 hours and gathering of any kind exceeding 20 are strictly prohibited.
- Any booking violating terms and conditions will be cancelled and entry inside the ground will be restricted.
- Only physically fit players are allowed to book the ground. Turf Air Plaza will not take responsibility for injuries and damages due to sports activities.
- Do not close the website window while the online payment is still in process.
- In case you do not receive a booking confirmation via E-mail or SMS, please contact us immediately on +91-983-153-1369.
- Outside food, celebrations, and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Players are strictly required to adhere to their respective slot timings as per booking details. Any delay or extra usage of field may attract additional fees.
- In case the turf is not in playable condition (due to unavoidable circumstances) before the slot, TAP team will try to provide some other time slot/venue or complete refund (after deducting payment gateway charges) as per the user’s preference.
- Turf Air Plaza advises all members to play a fair game.
- Music, speakers, whistle, foul & abusive language, and any kind of loud noise is strictly prohibited.
- The players must provide true information as requested. In the event that the user has given false information, the booking may be cancelled.
- No refunds for cancellation of bookings during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- 50% refund for cancellation of bookings from Monday to Friday subject to cancelation request received by us at least one day before the booked slot.
- In case of failure of booking; if amount got debited from your account then please wait for an hour and the amount debited will be refunded back to the source account automatically and if amount is not refunded; please wait for a day, communicate with your bank and feel free to call us.
